1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 1025 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

1025 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Users must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, to use this platform. 1025 is not liable if a user provides false information regarding their age.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 1025 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed, with all balances subject to review.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1025 recommends using a strong, unique password and changing it regularly. Never share your login credentials with anyone.

If you suspect your account has been accessed or used without your authorisation, contact 1025 support immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 1025 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as a security and compliance measure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the 1025 platform for lawful purposes only, in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of the betting system.
Using another person's account, or allowing anyone else to use your account.
Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the platform's systems.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the 1025 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. Deposits made via unrecognised methods or in another person's name are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's policies and timelines. 1025 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for new accounts or high-value transactions.

The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party payment system failures, bank processing delays, or inaccurate payment details provided by the user. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are stated in the account section of the platform and are subject to change from time to time.

Any bonus or promotional credit credited to an account is subject to the rollover requirements and validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the bonus being forfeited.

5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy

The 1025 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or meet every user's requirements at all times. Users accept full responsibility for the risks associated with using this platform.

Under no circumstances shall 1025 be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

Account Suspension & Closure

1025 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of terms, unlawful activity, or requests from relevant authorities. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with platform procedures once the investigation is complete.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the 1025 platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent from 1025.

6. Third-Party Links, Amendments & Governing Law

The 1025 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of such services is entirely at the user's own risk.

1025 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising will be resolved through the designated channels under the relevant jurisdiction. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
